Domestic legislation required all manufacturers, suppliers and sellers of shoes to necessarily label the goods from July 1, 2020. Therefore, for the sale of marked sneakers, Asics needed a solution to combine information from two different systems into a file that meets the requirements of the Federal Tax Service and the Fair Sign.

The solution was created on the basis of the Takskom-Assistant program, a universal connector for any accounting or ERP systems that organizes work with electronic documents and markings.

For the needs of the customer, Takscom developed and configured a converter function to automate actions with marked goods. The purpose of the converter is to automatically match and combine information from several files created in different programs into one.xml file - suitable for sending to the "Honest SIGN" and counterparties that comply with the FTS standards. Thanks to Taksky's specialists, Asics - in February 2020 - began working with marked shoes in full compliance with Russian law.

In addition, Taksky provided technical and methodological support to the Asics programmer team in the transition to the SAP production and trade management system when organizing EDO at the junction with this system.

As of November 2020, the Taksky technical team is creating a service for Asics to sell labeled shoes to wholesalers - non-residents of Russia. Soon, Assistant Converter will begin to help take out labeled Asics sneakers delivered to member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2019: Start of project to develop and implement software for footwear labeling

In December 2019, it became known that Taksky specialists began implementing a project to develop and implement software Asics shoes for labeling. First, we carefully studied both accounting systems business processes and the customer. Then, based on the needs studied data and taking into account the needs of Asics, they offered the Takskom-Assistant service and a custom converter. It automatically combined information on the movement of goods with marking codes from two existing customer systems into one universal transfer document.

The "Assistant Converter" was debugged and did not affect the accounting programs already working in Asics.

The bulk of the work was completed in December 2019. After that, testing began for the automatic transfer of information to the "Honest SIGN" about decommissioned marking codes.

Taksky's experts also helped Asics connect several of the first counterparties to electronic document management to exchange data on labeled shoes.
