The Novardis company reported on November 9, 2020 that it became the main partner of retail network "Magnit" in the project of digitalization of business processes of merchandising and logistics. This project is a part of the five-year Program of transformation of ERP based on SAP solutions which the Russian retailer started several months ago.

Within the project it is going to analyze the processes existing in the company and to make changes according to the best practices of logistics. Besides, it is supposed to automate purchasing and warehouse processes for the purpose of increase in their efficiency and creation of a reliable basis for growth and business development of Magnet.

The perimeter of the project includes all processes connected with the movement of goods, beginning from formation of the range, planning of replenishment action through procurement processes and vendor managements before transportation, movements, inventory and other processes of management of warehouses.

For project implementation of Novardis created alliance with the companies 3Keys and IBS. While the Novardis command is focused on study of business processes and their implementation in a system and also performs the general coordination of the project, the IBS command is responsible for management of organizational changes, development of testing strategy and carrying out overload tests and also for works on installation and technical setup of SAP applications. Command 3Keys will focus on implementation of business processes of traceability of goods in a system.
