Project Description

To automate operational, accounting and tax accounting at a high technological level and in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, the management of LLC Hypfel"" decided to implement a comprehensive system. "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2

The ""specialists 1C-Rarus have completed the following works on the implementation of the software product:

  • Delivery of the software product "1C: Enterprise 8.ERP Enterprise Management 2";
  • Demonstration of the program capabilities;
  • Initial training of users on the principles of working with the accounting system was carried out;
  • Familiarization with support options;
  • Provided consulting assistance when starting work with the system;
  • Pre-setup and preparation for commissioning of a part of the basic functionality of the Warehouse Accounting subsystem and the Inventory Management subsystem determined with the customer;
  • Pre-setup and preparation for commissioning of a part of the basic functionality of the Treasury and Cash Management subsystem determined with the customer;
  • Training of users on the "Treasury and Cash Management" unit in terms of the basic functionality determined with the customer was carried out, consultations were provided when starting the subsystem;
  • Transfer data from the previous accounting system, entry of initial balances for accounting;
  • Training of users was carried out and assistance was provided when starting work with the "Accounting and tax accounting" unit, in terms of the basic functionality determined with the customer.

The date of commissioning industrial of the system on March 20, 2020. 20 workplaces were automated.

Using the Application Solution "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "allows you to automate accounting areas such as: inventory management; Order management cash management; Managing customer and supplier relationships Planning sales, purchasing personnel management; Payroll accounting and tax accounting, cost calculation.

Implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise Management 2 "to automate the enterprise's activities made it possible to quickly assess the Company's performance and receive information for making management decisions.
