Project results as of May 2021:
- Operational and well-coordinated work of all divisions of the enterprise is organized. Regulatory reference information is unified and structured. The data entry process is regulated, the system contains those responsible for entering information, and the rights to access directories are also delimited. Reduced the risk of errors, simplified and accelerated the collection of data from factories and warehouses. Reporting, including for foreign owners, is formed twice as quickly.
- Managers now use the Primary Document Control report, integrated with the Electronic Document Management scan archive, to automatically track the availability of documents. Based on the same report, managers send their clients a newsletter with a register of missing documents with one click. Clear control over the movement of documents has been established, their loss has been ruled out.
- The process of managing the client service has been completely transferred to 1C: ERP. Now , in a single system, an order is formed for the client, a task is set for transportation, which automatically falls into the shipment schedule from three plants at once. The task for transportation is unloaded to the WMS warehouse, where the task for shipment of goods is formed on its basis. At the same time, employees work in the same system, without switching to other programs. The system itself generates a transfer order or a multimodal delivery order. Order processing accelerated by 30%.
- To manage shipments, an automated workstation for the logician dispatcher has been created. The creation of a shipment schedule is automated , according to which the operator-logist selects vehicles for delivery of products. Control of delivery and tracking of delivery tasks has been established . The mechanism for calculating the profitability of cargo transportation and the distribution of transportation costs for customer orders made it possible to take control and optimize the cost of flights.
- The 1C:ERP implements a mechanism for accounting and monitoring the reasons for short-delivery (OTIF) for all levels of implementation, from the moment the initial order is formed to the customer's shipment. The reasons for their occurrence are worked out and excluded, thanks to which it is possible to avoid penalties for short-supply.
- The system automatically calculates the customer's rebate turnover and compiles the customer rating. Based on the customer rating assigned to him in the system, the item is auto-reserved in the warehouse: every 300 seconds the system checks for the missing item in the warehouse , in case of receipt, the system attaches the item to the priority customer order and notifies the manager about it. This helps the company to efficiently distribute inventory, quickly collect orders and prevent overstocking of the warehouse. Inventory turnover accelerated by 30%.
- A comparative report of planned and actual indicators on turnover is also sent to the client, thanks to which the client can make a timely order so as not to lose bonuses, which ultimately stimulates sales.
- Automated Treasury Management. A unified register of payments has been created, which allows you to receive information online about planned and actual expenses and cash receipts. Increased control over the implementation of division budgets.
- financial Accounts receivable monitoring is organized, automatic distributions of the status of accounts receivable to customers are set up. Thanks to the automatic billing of transport services to customers with sending a package of documents through: 1CERP at the addresses indicated in the client's card, they are not lost and are paid by customers in a timely manner. Accounts receivable reduced by 20%.
2020
Before the start of the project, the company used three bases:
- Since 2005, the base has been operating at 1C: Production Enterprise Management 8 at the plant. The final accounting was not organized, only quantitative. In the same base, they worked with warehouses and managed production.
- In 2010, another system was introduced on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" to obtain reports for foreign owners (according to IFRS), but the financial result still did not receive.
- Later, a self-written system was included in the IT infrastructure, but still did not cope with the tasks of obtaining reports for management decisions.
The systems were not integrated with each other.
To achieve the goals set, the company's management chose "1C:ERP" for automation . Enterprise Management 2. "
- A management accounting system has been implemented. It became possible to receive management accounting for making informed management decisions, so we can say that the receipt of management reporting has accelerated by 100%.
- Eliminated double inference, data reduced human impact, accelerated data consolidation.
- Integration with the BI system, 1C: Document Flow, WMS system, EDI system was set up, which made it possible to create an infrastructure that covered the operational, financial and regulated accounting framework. Legally significant electronic document management is used, the level of labor discipline is increased within the company.
- The sales-warehouse-delivery business process has become continuous. Sales managers see all items in all warehouses that can be reserved. Previously, all this had to be looked at separately and hand-picked.
- Since retail chains have different document requirements, packing lists and listings for each chain have been developed and implemented. Managers now automatically create documents with the correct barcode and network-specific item writing.
- Automatic settlement and accrual of penalties and bonuses to customers based on turnover.
- They work remotely with the system, so, for example, you can approve a document from an employee who is not in the office.
