Prior to the beginning of the project in the company three bases were used:

  • Since 2005 the base worked for 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 at the plant. Financial accounting, only quantitative was not organized. The same base worked with warehouses and managed production.
  • In 2010 one more system on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for obtaining the reporting for foreign owners was implemented (according to IFRS), but the financial result was still not received.
  • Later IT infrastructure included a self-written system, but on all the same did not cope with problems of obtaining the reporting for acceptance of management decisions.

Systems were not integrated among themselves.

For achievement of effective objectives the company management selected for automation "1C:ERP. Enterprise management 2".

  • The system of management accounting is implemented. There was an opportunity to receive management accounting for acceptance of the justified management decisions so it is possible to tell that obtaining the management reporting accelerated for 100%.
  • Double data output is excluded, influence of a human factor is reduced, consolidation of data accelerated.
  • Integration with a BI system, 1C: Document Flow, the WMS system, an EDI system was configured that allowed to create the infrastructure which covered the operational, financial and regulated accounting circuit. Legally significant electronic document management is used, in the company the level of labor discipline is increased.
  • Business process "sales-warehouse-delivery" became continuous. Sales managers see all goods in all warehouses which can be reserved. Earlier all this needed to be looked separately and to select manually.
  • As at retail chain stores requirements to documents differ, packing lists and listings for each network were developed and implemented. Managers automatically create now documents with the correct barcode and the writing of the nomenclature, necessary for specific network.
  • Calculation and charge of a penalty fee and bonuses to buyers depending on turnovers is made automatically.
  • Work with a system far off therefore, for example, it is possible to approve the document at the employee, which not at office.
