Department of information technologies and communications of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area and JSC Novye kommunikatsionnye tekhnologii also signed the agreement on cooperation. It became known on November 23, 2020. Implementation of the agreement assumes the promoting of the Russian office products provided by the national project "Digital Economy of Russia".

Within the agreement "New communication technologies" will non-paid provide to educational institutions of the license for a packet of office solutions "P7 Office". 168 preschool, 128 general education, 35 organizations of additional education and 11 professional educational institutions of the autonomous area are among organizations. Pupils and teachers will get access to a full-function packet of office programs, turning on editors of text documents, tables and presentations.

The accepted strategy of our state in the field of import substitution allows us to develop domestic technologies, to enhance information security and, the most important, to increase competitiveness of the Russian IT industry.
