Biography

Born October 8, 1950 in Vladivostok.

Education

1971: Higher Artillery Military School

In 1971 he graduated with the rank of lieutenant from the Higher Artillery Military School.

1978: Higher School of the KGB of the USSR

In 1978 he graduated from the Higher School of the KGB of the USSR (since 1992 - the Academy of the FSB of Russia).

Career

1968: Service in the Armed Forces

Since 1968 he served in the Armed Forces.

State Security Service

Until 1998, he served in state security bodies in operational and leadership positions in various regions of the country and abroad. Over the years, it has been closely associated with nuclear and other modern weapons. He completed his service with the rank of major general, which he was awarded in 1993 as first deputy head of the FSB Directorate of Russia in the Moscow Military District.

1998: RSPP

From 1998 to 2006 - Head of the Office for the Coordination of Commercial Structures of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

1999: TNK-BP

In 1999-2001 - Part-time adviser to the President of TNK-BP (on March 21, 2013, Rosneft announced the completion of the transaction to purchase 100% of TNK-BP).

2000: Creator and head of a number of JSC

In 2000-2010 created and headed a number of joint-stock companies that were engaged in the supply of petroleum products, metals, industrial goods and food under state contracts.

2006: IPCC Vice President

In December 2006, he was appointed Vice President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ICPP).

2008

President of the European Economic Chamber of Commerce, Commerce and Industry

In April 2008, he was appointed President of the European Chamber of Commerce, Commerce and Industry (EEIG) for interaction with the ICPP.

Since November 2008, approved by a member of the Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP).

2016: President of RFI Bank

In June 2016, he was appointed President of RFI Bank.

2017: First Vice President of ICPP

Since 2017, he was First Vice President of the ICPP.

2020: President of FBA EAS and Rustitan Group of Companies

As of November 2020, he is also President of the Financial and Business Association of Euro-Asian Cooperation (FBA EAS) and Rustitan Group of Companies.

Awards

Over the years of service, he was awarded 15 state awards of the Soviet Union, Russia and other countries, the main of which is the Order of Courage. A special place among his awards is the medal "For participation in the work to eliminate the consequences of the Chernobyl accident."

He was awarded the FBA EAS Badge of Honor, for special merits, high professionalism, active participation in the activities of the Association, as well as for his contribution to the development of the banking sector of the economies of Eurasia.
