At the beginning of December, 2020 it became known of some technologies which began to be used in the new perinatal center opened at the state regional clinical hospital of Novosibirsk.
In medical institution the smart operating room equipped with a complex of the systems of telemedicine of MVS VEGA from the St. Petersburg Medical Visual Systems is implemented. The distributor within the project acted as Hospitaltekhnik.
In the operating room 5 medical monitors are installed: 3 monitors on consoles and 2 monitors which are built in wall panels of the medical module. It is possible to bring any images necessary for surgeons to monitors during transaction.
In the digital operating room implemented compatibility with all medical video interfaces. The doctors working in the operating room can connect an endoscopic rack, the patient's monitor, the digital x-ray equipment, mikrosokop, etc. Also in the operating room lamps with the integrated KLS Martin video cameras and the survey camera which is built in ceiling panels are installed.
Directly during transaction the surgeon can be connected to a PACS system from the monitor indoors to obtain all data on the researches conducted earlier and to bring images directly out of PACS (diagnostic information, x-rays, results of a computer tomography). In the integrated operating room it is possible to display four video sources at the same time or the picture in picture (PiP).
All video data (from cameras, endoscopes, etc.) are archived on the server installed in the perinatal center. Information on the patient and the operating crew can be as it is taken from a medical information system of hospital or from the plan of transactions created in the hospital platform.
In the integrated operational MVS all opportunities in the field of telemedicine are implemented, in particular, the video conferencing from the operating room is performed. Using the video conference mode, doctors can consult with colleagues, reporting video outside and to receive recommendations online.[1]
