Education

Nikolay Ermakov graduated with honors from the National scientific and technical university "MISIS" in the "Software of ADP Equipment and Automated Systems" direction.

For December, 2020 completes Executive MBA training (IMD business school, Switzerland).

Career

Held a position of the director of development of Gett and Rambler & Co companies.

Worked in X5 Retail Group company where constructed tens of cross-functional teams and also implemented product Agile-approach in development. During operating time in X5 Retail Group Nikolay Ermakov improved the level of availability of systems, crucial for business, created competence centers on technologies, reduced dependence on outsourcing and also implemented practicians of DevOps in development teams and started development center in Innopolis (Republic of Tatarstan).

2020: Technical director of Toy Store

On December 9, 2020 Toy Store Group announced TAdviser Nikolay Ermakov's appointment the technical director and the board member of the company.

Experience of Nikolay in the field of information technologies, digital transformation and product development exceeds sixteen years.

On a post of the technical director Nikolay is responsible Toy Store Group for improvement of the IT direction of the company, digital transformation and development of mobile products.
