The consultant for the transaction was the international consulting company Knight Frank. The commissioning of the facility is expected in the first quarter of 2022.

This storage complex with an area of ​ ​ 63,200 square meters. meters will open on the territory of PNK Park Berezovsky, located east of Yekaterinburg: 3 km from EKAD and 16 km from Koltsovo Airport.

PNK group will build an energy efficiency class A + facility for Children's World using current technologies. In particular, an energy-saving continuous thermal circuit will be implemented from the basement panels to the roof, which increases the energy efficiency of the building. PNK group builds facilities in accordance with international fire safety standards FM Global.

The distribution center, designed to process 2.4 million items, will provide free delivery of at least 80% of online orders the next day in the Ural Federal District. Commissioning of the facility will create more than 900 jobs for residents of nearby settlements. A successful location will reduce transportation costs by up to 30% for the delivery of goods from the warehouse to the stores of the network and will support the development of the Company in other regions and countries, including Kazakhstan.

The distribution center in Yekaterinburg will be the fourth joint project of Detsky Mir and PNK group.
