On November 21, 2013 the Autodesk Corporation announced intention to purchase Delcam company approximately for 172.5 million pounds, or for 20.75 pounds sterling for an action. It is expected that the transaction will take place in the first quarter the 2015th financial year of Autodesk. Transaction will be organized as the offer of money for all stocks Delcam which are in circulation according to usual conditions of the conclusion, including approval of regulating authorities. For implementation of the transaction of Autodesk is going to use the cash placed out of the USA.

Considering the assumption that the transaction will take place in the first quarter 2015 financial year, it will not have an impact on the instructions of Autodesk issued on October 2, 2013. Autodesk assumes that this acquisition will render the watering effect on income (without GAAP), in 2015 financial year, and effect of growth on income (without GAAP), in 2016 financial year. * the company will provide parts concerning influence of the given absorption during conference call of the fourth quarter planned at the moment for February, 2014.
