The Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia on February 21, 2022 announced the launch of another service. Now at the State Services (in accordance with the changes made to the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated 12.11.2021 No. 1053n and effective with 21.02.2022), you can obtain a medical certificate based on the results of the test for antibodies to COVID-19 .

It can be issued only once and only provided that the user has not previously received a medical certificate of the disease or vaccination passed.

Before passing the analysis, it is necessary to make sure that the laboratory transmits the results to the State Services.

Positive results with any level of antibodies (immunoglobulins G) are accepted for certification. It is valid for 6 months.

At the State Services, the function of generating certificates based on medical contraindications to vaccination against COVID-19 also began to work. In addition, the Ministry of Digital Affairs together with the Ministry of Health implemented the function of issuing a medical certificate for minors. Up to 14 years old, it can be obtained at the MFC, after 14 - at the State Services if there is a confirmed account.

2021: Abbott received Rospotrebnadzor registration certificate for serological test IgG II Quan
