Valery Rostokin before supervising international sales of telecommunication "subsidiary" of JSC "Russian Railways", Transtelecom company is appointed the CEO of Nvision Group integrator. Former general NVision Alexey Nashchekin, on the contrary, left the company for the sake of career in Rostelecom. This personnel exchange – the investigation of the planned transaction on purchase of 25% of stocks of integrator by Rostelecom.

NVision Group announced appointment of Valery Rostokin who was earlier working as the vice president of Transtelecom company to a position of the CEO of the company. In turn Alexey Nashchekin holding a position of the CEO of NVision Group since March, 2009 passed to work into JSC Rostelecom where held the chair of one of deputy CEOs of the company Anton Kolpakov.

It is obvious that top management castling as is a consequence of the transaction on purchase by Rostelecom of a 25% share in business of NVision Group. Let's remind that the companies agreed about it in December of last year. Then it was announced that Rostelecom intends to purchase "an essential share" in NVision group by participation in increase in authorized capital.

It is expected that the deal will be closed in the second quarter 2010. In April it was approved by Board of Directors of Rostelecom. As it was reported earlier, can pay up to $50 million for additional issue of shares of NVision by Rostelecom. It was going to invest this amount of business development of integrator, in particular, to activate the project on construction of network of data centers for Rostelecom.

According to Eldar Vagabov, the analyst of Finam, these appointments cannot be considered in a separation from plans of Rostelecom for purchase of shares of NVision. "All sense of these shifts, in my opinion, is that Rostelecom buys 25% of NVision owing to what it puts in the company of the loyal person", - he said.

At the same time, in NVision deny 100% communication between staff movements and the planned transaction with Rostelecom. "I would not begin to draw direct parallels between purchase by Rostelecom of a part of stocks of NVision Group and transition of our CEO to work to "Rostelecom "to executive position", - the press secretary of integrator Dmitry Markushkin told Tadviser.

As for the new CEO of NVision, he has behind shoulders big IT shny experience. Valery Rostokin worked in Transtelecom seven years: as the vice president he directed department of economy and investments and also international sales. In 2006 he joined the operator the board, and next year – headed representative office in Beijing. The president of NVision Group Anton Sushkevich said that "ensuring the advancing rates of development of the company" will become the main objective of Rostokin in a new position.

Let's remind, as before the company grew at rather high rates. As earlier reported Tadviser in NVision Group, at the end of 2009 turnover of the company made 12.89 billion rub that is 2% more than an indicator of 2008. Proceeding from those data which published the largest system integrators NVision became one of the few who managed "not go in a year, heavy for the industry, to minus".

"In our plans for 2010 growth not less than for 50 % and achievement of turnover of 20 - 25 billion rubles. All conditions are for this purpose created", - Dmitry Markushkin said then. Most likely, Rostokin is invited just for the embodiment in reality of these ambitious plans. According to Vagabov, Rostokin, having rather wide experience in the industry, it will be able to be useful to the company in development of strategy of its further development. "At the microlevel its experience is required hardly, and here in terms of acceptance of global solutions – without fail", the expert considers.
