Russia's first "colleague robots" began to advise visitors of MFC

On December 21, 2020 on the fourth floor of Shchyolkovsky shopping and entertainment center in Moscow the flagman multifunction center more than 2.5 thousand sq.m opened. Visitors of "My documents" are met by anthropomorphous robotsthe Robo-C models. They are called first "colleague robots" in Russia: they work in one place and interact with each other.

Robots are created by the Russian company Promobot which conducted development in Perm and Vladivostok. Robots with names Alex and Dasha sit at one desktop, meet and advise visitors of the center (frequently asked questions and answers to them are loaded into a dialogue system). Interaction happens to robots via the single interface: one camera, one microphone array and touchscreen display. Robots distinguish independently the person and a voice of the person, and then come into contact.

Alex and Dasha help to learn about documents, necessary for receiving service, to be registered on the mos.ru portal, tell about the projects "Moscow Longevity", "Healthy Moscow", "Sports Days Off", "Moscow — with Care of History" and other projects of the centers of state services. In 2021 the range of services on which robots will be able to tell and answer on questions will extend, declared in Promobot.

In addition to Robo-C, at new office "My Documents" in Moscow it is set by the robot diagnostician who will check key indicators of health. In it the noninvasive glucose meter for measurement of level of sugar by a safe and hygienic method without puncture is used. Also the robot is equipped with the system of contactless temperature measurement of a body: he independently adapts to human height and conducts examination. On the basis of data retrieveds the robot will make recommendations about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.[1]
