World of freezing (Yuzh) (Axelot: TMS Control of transport and transportations)

On average, the company daily processes about 200 requests for intracity transportation across Moscow and to 50 requests for long-distance. Both own, and hired transport is used.

In the company it was decided to implement the AXELOT TMS X4 system. One of key factors of the choice of this software solution – aspiration in a complex to automate logistics of the enterprise based on logistic solutions of one developer: also in a warehouse the AXELOT WMS X5 system which now actively is implemented at the enterprise was selected. Specialists of AXELOT are engaged in implementation of both projects.

Within the project on automation of transport logistics there was a task of a possibility of manual and automatic planning of runs. Also it was necessary to implement control of location of the driver by means of data satellite monitoring. The companies were required tools for formation and processing of waybills and also a possibility of maintaining costs in the transport direction in different cuts.

As it was already mentioned earlier, complex automation of a logistic circuit was carried out to YuZh companies. The AXELOT TMS X4 system was integrated about AXELOT WMS X5 and "1C: Trade Management". The product DATAREON MQ became the instrument of integration.

The tasks set for the project were reached. In the company accounting and management of shipping requests of loads is organized, manual and automatic planning of runs is performed. A TMS system allows to select vehicles and drivers in run, to conduct calculation of planned and actual expenses for run. The functionality on management of own park of vehicles is implemented.

Monitoring of vehicles and fixing of passing of points is implemented – it is performed on the basis of data from satellite monitoring of GeliosPro. Account of waybills and fuel and lubricants is kept; data loading on gas stations is performed on the basis of reports from fuel company. Also account of direct and indirect costs on transportation is kept, profitability of delivery according to each request is calculated.
