SPBGASU implements the second stage of implementation the ERP system

The St. Petersburg state architectural and construction university (SPBGASU) implements the second queue of the project of control automation by the university based on the solution "Galaktika Management of University".

The project started in January, 2010. Within the first stage of works problems of management of educational process, a receiving campaign and the contingent of students are solved. Receiving campaign 2010 will take place using an automated system that will allow to obtain further information on each student – accounting of progress, attendance, personnel records. Already in the course of system implementation "narrow" places in work of departments are revealed, the processes connected with educational activity are optimized.

The second queue of works within which it is required to automate accounting and management of financial and economic activity of university was begun in May, 2010. Within this direction jobs of staff of department of paid educational services are brought into operation, problems of formation and accounting of agreements, drawing of accounts, execution of accompanying documents, control of payments are solved.
