Biography

Career

In 2004 began with a position of the developer of banking systems, then worked as the systems analyst and the manager of IT projects.

Devoted 2 years to a startup of Touchbank of the Hungarian banking group OTP as the project director.

To Rosbank came in 2015 to a position of the senior manager of the project - upgrade of contact center of bank.

In a year became the head of competence center of the systems of remote banking in development department of IT in which perimeter were development of Internet and mobile bank. Upon completion of the project of replacement of the platform of Internet bank headed management of development of electronic channels in a retail vertical of bank.

From 2017 to 2019 in Aleksey Lola's team was engaged in the organization, start and maintenance of digital-commands: digital sales, digital service and webteam.

In 2019 it was appointed the associate director of department of digital retail business of Rosbank.

Pavel Menshikov is appointed the director of the department of digital development of retail business of Rosbank. The bank reported about it to TAdviser on January 13, 2021.

Pavel will continue to strengthen positions of Rosbank in the market of digital banking products and services. Increase in a share of digital sales, activities of clients in digital channels will be one of the key tasks set for Pavel. Besides, Pavel will concentrate on start of the updated mobile application of Rosbank and providing to it a position in top-5 mobile applications in the market. Pavel will also develop digital within the strategy of Customer Centricity and to be responsible for further development of services of a system of fast payments.

Development of remote channels of service and in particular – banking mobile application – is one of the key directions of our strategy. Thanks to technologies it is possible to save significantly time on communication with bank, on carrying out almost all transaction types. So, already every second deposit, every third credit, every fifth credit card and three savings accounts from four are made out by clients of Rosbank online. It is sure that versatile experience of Pavel and also his work experience in group Rosbank and a clear understanding of our strategy will allow it to implement the most ambitious tasks set for department of digital development of retail business
