2020: Information System Scaling

On January 14, 2021, X-Com announced the scaling of the information system of ITMO University - the University of Russia in the field of information and photonic technologies. As part of the project, the jobs of the management of the institution are equipped with computers and copy-and-print equipment.

The project contractor was selected on the basis of a tender in which Russian system integrators and hardware suppliers took part. Along with the price factor, the customer evaluated the experience of candidates in the implementation of technological projects for educational institutions. X-Com, which offered the best conditions for the project, was recognized as the winner of the competition.

X-Com experts conducted a survey of the customer's infrastructure, studied the requirements for computers, and also analyzed the features of the document flow and the volume of monthly printed documents. On the basis of the obtained data, detailed recommendations for the composition of the equipment were developed, its detailed specifications were compiled and a technical project for the development of the customer equipment fleet was developed.
