Yuzhgazenerji was incorporated on January 16, 2006. It was granted the right to use the subsoil of the Koshekhablsky gas condensate field for the purpose of exploration and production of hydrocarbons, search and assessment of the reservoir formation for the injection of industrial and domestic wastewater.
