Biography

Born in Moscow, in 2008 he graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUSI) with a degree in Engineering, in 2016 he received an MBA from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).

At the dawn of his career, he stood at the origins of one of the DVB-H projects in Russia. Since 2011, he was engaged in strategic development at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network" (RTRS), where he went from head of department to director of department. He was engaged in the creation of the architecture of broadcasting networks, the development of new services and areas of activity.

2024: Deputy General Director of Sinterra Media

Synterra Media announced on March 14, 2024 that it was strengthening the team. Alexander Streltsov has been appointed Deputy General Director for Business Transformation.

Alexander Streltsov is responsible for the strategic directions of the company's development, the expansion of the range of services provided, and also carries out the digital transformation of Synterra Media. In particular, Alexander is faced with the task of building an ecosystem of cloud distributed TV production, which is based, on the one hand, on the National Media Network and the competence of Synterra Media in the media market, and on the other, resources in the field of information security, cloud infrastructure and AI platform from PJSC Rostelecom.
