2021: Presentation of a single digital service of a resident of Yakutia
In Yakutia will create a single digital service of a resident of the republic. This was announced on January 26, 2021 by the Press Center of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in Moscow.
The service will allow you to refuse to provide paper documents when receiving a number of public services and confirming benefits
As of January 2021, as part of the Concept of a single digital service for a resident of Yakutia, work is underway to improve the current social map, which will be tested in the capital of the republic. With the help of a single social card, residents of Yakutia will be able to purchase a ticket for any type of transport, contact municipal institutions and resolve their issue by presenting a social card instead of additional certification documents. It can also be used as a means of identifying the recipient of a support measure. The regional Ministry of Labor believes that the main recipients will be veterans, pensioners, as well as large families.
The press service recalled that in January 2021 at the Gaidar Forum, Yakutia received the title of "Digital Region." Then the Head of Yakutia Aysen Nikolaev noted that it is digitalization that allows the republic to overcome the difficulties associated with the geographical and climatic features of the territory - extremely low temperatures, huge distances between settlements and complex transport accessibility.
At the end of January 2021, a series of solutions based on artificial intelligence is being developed in the region, one of them is the AITA Digital Assistant, designed to be responsible for the timeliness, completeness and reliability of responses to citizens' appeals.
