The Kleverens Software company, the resident Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, implemented the project on marking of dairy products in one of agroholdings of the South of Russia Steppe. Also couriers of holding had an opportunity to perform selection and shipment of products using special applications. The Skolkovo Foundation reported about it on February 5, 2021.

The pilot project in Step holding was implemented by specialists of companies "Kleverens Software", TsRPT and Chameleon having experience on implementation of marking not only in Russia but also abroad.

The main feature was that at the time of the beginning of the project the accounting system of the company did not support work with marking. The decision to carry out integration of solutions of Kleverens and the accounting system into the add-on module of 1C – Chameleon was made. In Step company for February, 2021 the accounting system "1C: Accounting of milk plant 3.0" on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8.3" is used. The project team managed to carry out integration software products "Warehouse 15 + MILK" and "Courier" with this accounting system and expansion unit Chameleon based on "1C Enterprise 8.3". This integration allows to work with state system of marking, to put codes of marking for goods on production and to select the order for shipment for the delivery note, to ship goods from a warehouse and from wheels.

Besides, couriers of the company had a mobile application allowing to ship goods to shops according to the warehouse delivery note with a possibility of replacement of the rejected or overdue goods and also directly on site to select and ship goods from wheels, fixing it in a system.

Thanks to the accurate and harmonious mechanism of operation of the equipment and the software was succeeded to reduce regrading many times. Couriers of the company received the mobile tools solving a problem of faultless selection and shipment of goods.

Since January 20, 2021 in Russia marking of dairy products began. So far it will be performed in a voluntary order. But, of course, it is better to be prepared and implement marking in advance, without waiting when it becomes obligatory. The company management Steppe in this case showed foresight.
