2021: Start of a system of digital transformation of departments and enterprises
Giprosvyaz started the product promoting acceleration of enterprise integration in a digital market ecosystem — "Digital transformation of departments and enterprises". Rostelecom reported about it on February 8, 2021.
The product is designed to help the enterprises which felt need of the digital transformation (DT) of the activity, are going to strengthen positions in the market and also to optimize routine production processes. TsT will allow to correspond to time trends, to exchange with other companies operational data in a digital format, to be integrated into "Digital economy" by the Russian Federation and to correspond to the regulations regulating this area, to increase reliability and standardization of data.
For determination of tasks and amounts of works on digitalization of business processes of the GIPROSVYAZ enterprise holds consultations and expert evaluation of the main customer-specific technologies; develops passports, the road map of the TsT projects and criteria of achievement of results; controls a work progress. The full range of documents is developed for the companies with state participation: the strategy of TsT, KPI according to the methodical recommendations of the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation and reporting system.
Development of strategy of digital transformation borrows from four to eight weeks. Terms of implementation of specific projects of TsT are defined depending on their scale.
