2023: General Director of Pascal Medical received a 49% stake in the company
Bonum Investments transferred a 49% stake in Pascal Medical to Maxim Sarmanov, General Director of the enterprise. Information about the relevant transaction was registered in the SPARK-Interfax system on May 19, 2023.
According to Vedomosti, citing data from this system, another co-owner of Pascal Medical, Vladimir Konozakov, retained his 50% of the enterprise.
The publication notes that Bonum Investments belongs to Murat Aliyev, the ex-head of the financial and industrial group Nafta Moscow, Suleyman Kerimov. At the end of 2022, the United States imposed sanctions on Aliyev, as well as Bonum Capital and related organizations, in particular Bonum Investments and Bonum Capital. Subsequently, Bonum Investments reduced its stake in Pascal Medical from 50 to 49%, transferring 1% to its general director Sergei Otrubyannikov. In May 2023, his share passed to Evgenia Nistratova, according to the publication of the publication.

On February 9, 2021, it became known that Pascal Medical would invest 150 million rubles in the production of syringes in the Dubna special economic zone. Pascal Medical will direct the funds received to the production of high-quality disposable injection syringes to cover the need for medical devices for the period of vaccination of the population of the Russian Federation against COVID-19.
As the general director of Pascal Medical Maxim Sarmanov clarified, investments will be made to purchase raw materials, materials and components to increase production capacity. The company expects to occupy more than 10% of the market for disposable injectable syringes in Russia, reducing the share of imports, which, according to the company, by February 2021 in the segment reaches 60%.
The Pascal Medical loan was issued at 1% per annum for a period of two years under the specialized program "Countering Epidemic Diseases," which was launched in March 2020 to combat coronavirus infection. By February 9, 2021, under this program, the FRP not only co-finances the production of the Sputnik V vaccine against COVID-19, but also helps to increase the production of related products for vaccination, providing loans to manufacturers of disposable syringes, medical protective kits and refrigeration equipment for storing the vaccine, said FRP director Roman Petrutsa.
