Revenue growth by 159.8% to RUB 3,871 million

At the end of 2021, the revenue of VS Lab amounted to 3,871 million rubles, an increase of 159.8% compared to 2020, which allowed it to take 118th place in the TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2022. Change of shareholders

On February 19, 2021, the system integrator Laboratory VS informed TAdviser about the change in the composition of shareholders. The controlling stake in the company (75%) was acquired by Dmitry Vasiliev, who until January 2021 was the first deputy general director of the Krok IT company, and Maxim Sokov, who until 2018 headed the En + Group energy metallurgical company. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. The founders of the company, Maxim Nikulin and Igor Stasevich, retained a 25% stake.

Shareholders plan to develop the company together with its founder Maxim Nikulin. In addition to classic IT services, the company will focus on the development of innovative products, increase investments in information security and begin active work with technology startups. Another direction of change will affect the geography of presence - from 2021, the "Laboratory of the Armed Forces" will be focused on work not only on the territory of the Russian Federation, but also beyond its borders.
