ROSNO (call center in Voronezh) - in September, 2009 the ROSNO insurance company opened the operational center in Voronezh with a total area of 2500 sq.m., having rented the premises at office of a class B. Here the call center, processing of ordinary insured events of the CMTPL and carrying out the simplest financial transactions were transferred. Settlement of complex insured events remained under the authority of the Moscow expert center. According to Stefan Schmid, ROSNO was considered by about 100 cities as applicants for creation of the operational center. The final list included five – except Voronezh Krasnodar, the Lower Novogorod, Ryazan and Yaroslavl became candidates. On set of criteria (the personnel, remoteness from the capital, a possibility of lease of office) the first was selected.

Investments

Annual savings from emergence of the Voronezh center will make €3 million, Popov Dmitry, the First Deputy CEO of ROSNO reported. Costs for start and development of the center in 2009-10, according to him, will make €2 million, and, the most part of this budget is already performed.

Infrastructure

Equipment costs, software and telecom infrastructure, according to him, made a considerable part of costs for creation of the operational center.

According to Pegasov, the main costs fell on telecommunication equipment for call center and also the hardware of jobs and server. "The uniform general contractor was not, - he specified in response to a question of CNews of the companies integrators. – Generally the companies "Croc" and "Lanit" were engaged in supply of equipment and its setup. The first integrator was responsible for a terminal farm on the equipment IBM, and the second provided telecommunication infrastructure on the equipment Avaya". Provider of the main and reserve channels became Orange.

As a BPM system (business process management, business process management) ROSNO uses Lombardi. "It is intended for monitoring of certain processes, in particular, of settlement of losses on KASKO and the CMTPL. Voronezh uses it on an equal basis with Moscow and other regions. Physically servers on which BPM works are in our main Moscow data center", - Sergey Pegasov says.

Personnel

In September, 2009 in Voronezh about 70 people worked for ROSNO. According to Stefan Schmid, the deputy chief executive of the company, until the end of their 2009 should become 140, and by the end of 2010 – 400. "As functions of the operational center do not arise again, and pass into Voronezh from other our branches, approximately the same number of specialists in them will cease to be engaged in this work, - Popov recognizes. – We will carry out retraining, someone from specialists will go for increase, but someone will leave the company".
