As it became known to CNews, the former managing director of the IT unit of Sberbank and the director of the infrastructure development center of the subsidiary Sberbank-Technologies Sergey Pegasov was appointed director of the IT services department in the Rosneft IT service on July 1, 2013. This is a new position, previously there was no such position in the company. The IT Services Department is a single customer service for IT-related work. Their executor is a subsidiary system integrator of Rosneft RN-inform. Pegasov himself confirmed the fact of his appointment, but declined to comment further.

Later, Sergey Pegasov served as senior vice president of Russian Capital Bank.

2018: Promsvyazbank IT Director

In the spring of 2018, he went to work at Promsvyazbank, where he headed the information technology directorate.
