IT specialists faced the task of choosing a solution for organizing document collaboration, managing, data and distinguishing users' access rights to individual documents. The free version previously ON used for this purpose in the organization only partially met the requirements of the customer. In the course of analysis of solutions available on the market and their further testing, the client's choice was stopped at domestic development - P7 Office, optimally suitable for the company's tasks: functionality, possibility integration with existing office programs, convenient interface, affordable price.

The winner of the closed tender for the supply of P7-Office for thirty automated workplaces was Sinerjee Soft, specializing in the supply and maintenance of licensed software, the development and maintenance of custom software, IT consulting. The distributor of the project is Axoft.

During the implementation of the solution, IT specialists of LLC NPP OZNA-Engineering deployed a server, installed a license, and configured integration with Active Directory. As of February 2021, the P7 Office is used by heads of divisions of the company, the plans are to expand the license for all users of the organization.

The domestic solution P7-Office has a convenient interface and optimal functionality for us with the possibility of organizing comfortable joint work of employees.
