2017: Implementation of PM Forsyth

In the Department of Project Management of the Government of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra, a methodology for managing the processes of the Central Software Center based on PM Forsyth was introduced.

The main goals of the implementation project were to integrate project management into the regular activities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and increase the operational efficiency of the project office. Project Practice Group has developed a methodology for the work of the Central Project Office in terms of managing project portfolios and activities, and a technology for collecting reports on these objects. In addition, key business processes have been set up to prepare for the Project Committee.

At a meeting of the Ugra Project Committee in December 2017, the leadership of the region noted that project management is used within the framework of 28 projects, of which 16 are priority. The system allows you to carry out work on planning, monitoring and monitoring the implementation of projects. The success of the implementation project was confirmed by the victory of Ugra in 2016 and 2017 in the All-Russian competition "Project Olympus," organized by the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation.
