2021: Launch of solution for operation in SED and organization of electronic archive
On March 10, 2021, Kyocera and DoxVision presented a comprehensive solution for working in the electronic document management system and organizing an electronic archive within organizations. The joint development is designed to help companies move from paper to paperless, solve the problem of working with documents to distributed employees in a single digital space.
Electronic workflow requires that incoming, outgoing, and internal documents are processed quickly, and then stored in the system. Kyocera technology allows you to scan and transfer to the SED any office documents in all currently used formats - pdf, xls, doc, jpg and others. Also, Kyocera MFIs allow you to perform the initial processing of documents during scanning and add the necessary information to the scan, for example, a QR code.
The electronic archive on the Docsvision platform stores all documents together with counterparty details: document type, date, name, supplier's tax ID number and others. The system accumulates paper copies received by mail or courier, more precisely, their scan copies, and electronic documents transmitted through EDO operators. Thus, all documents from counterparties are collected in one place, which allows employees from distributed branches by click in the system to access any document for work. For example, the accountant can respond to a request from the regulatory authorities, check the details of the contract with the customer and provide support to the contact center employee.
"Kyocera customers are already using modern equipment for digitizing paper documents and printing electronic documents, and now they have the opportunity to organize a convenient electronic archive of these documents and automate their processing processes, all this has already been implemented in our Docsvision platform," commented Alexey Rozhdestvensky, Docsvision product development manager. |
"We are pleased that we were able to conclude an excellent and useful treaty for both parties. Our joint work with DoxVision will be useful to our existing customers, as we will be able to offer them a new product for implementation in their system. And we are also confident that new customers who will contact us will be able to receive a castomized offer from us that will quickly and "painlessly" help them switch to electronic document management and make their work with documents high-quality and easy, "said Tariq Alhaurani, Executive Director of Kyocera. |
