In agro-industrial holding Sintal Agriculture the project of complex automation started. The Intalev company was selected from an analysis result of the market of consulting services as the supplier of the solution.
Project objective is setting of a management system for finance, automation of operational management of money, the description, optimization and automation of the main business processes of one of businesses of agroholding, implementation operational and accounting on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform, implementation of an end-to-end system of budgeting and management accounting on the platform "Intalev: Corporate management".
At the initial stage the project plan according to which it was required to automate managerial and operational accounting of agroholding was developed. The company management was trained at a seminar training "Management of finance. Cost management. Management accounting". It was decided to implement pilot the project not in all agro-industrial holding, and only for one group of farms. Further the project team of agroholding will have to execute independently implementation on other farms.
Now the Organizational engineering block which belongs to all group is implemented. The main result of this block is the updated organization structure which will form the basis of the financial structure developed at the moment.
In a project deliverable the single system in which the following circuits will be implemented will be created: managerial, operational, accounting and tax, the considering features of the agro-industrial enterprises.
