Due to the fact that data the global PIM systems that were used in the company earlier were insufficient, as a result of the digitization, the attributive composition of the goods was expanded, taking into account the specifics of the market RUSSIAN FEDERATION and the heterogeneous requirements of buyers - retail chains and marketplaces. To verify, enrich and, in case of errors, correct the data on products exported from the Salsify global PIM system, a separate module was developed: it takes into account about 50 attributes relevant for comparison, and highlights the variance errors > 3%. At the next stage of the project, master data was transferred to all sales channels for further use by their customers and ensuring a single presentation of Mondelæz Int products. throughout the Russian Federation. Previously, this business process was carried out manually and involved filling in a huge number of files of a specific format, which did not guarantee the completeness and relevance of the data, increased the listing time, and also led to additional labor against the background of a large number of routine operations. SberCorus automatically updated product information in the customer's own IT systems and sent data instantly and securely to retail networks, distributors and online stores - including changes in product attributes. So, for example, the photo for the seasonal offer now needs to be updated only in one place - in the product card on the SPHERE MDM platform. The updated photo will appear in all Mondelæz sales channels for all partners connected to the system. And when the transport packaging changes, information is instantly sent to all logistics warehouses. The time to bring new products to the market was also significantly reduced: due to the automatic synchronization of data, a digital product passport can be immediately transferred to all sales channels and accept orders.

The implementation of the MDM SPHERE platform also optimized the process of creating and coordinating promotions (RECO). The system allows you to select an assortment of goods, generate discounts, automatically calculate the budget, and upload the finished data to SAP. The RECO service covers all reconciliation stages from promotion initiation to the finished report for monitoring and further analysis purposes. And using a mobile application makes the process even more convenient due to the ability to coordinate or reject the document directly from the smartphone after receiving push notification. The Russian and English application interface is convenient for use by top managers of the global manufacturer around the world.

The MDM SPHERE platform is a convenient tool for automating internal and external processes of the organization, based on master data about products, customers, outlets and distribution centers. At the same time, the guaranteed result in the form of unloading and cheapening projects on your own IT infrastructure can be obtained in a short time. We do not put an end to the Mondelæz International project and the next step we plan to automate for the client the process of planning sales in each channel for each assortment item with dynamic control of quotas and limits.
