2021: Implementation of "1C: ERP Construction Organization Management"
On April 5, 2021, it became known that Coderline specialists automated the work of one of the capital's developers - the Tekta Group of companies. The system "1C: ERP Construction Organization Management" helped optimize the speed of construction planning, accelerate the formation of production calendars and schedules, and coordinate design documentation and estimates. Uninterrupted deliveries of materials to construction facilities are provided, control over the targeted use of materials and funds is organized. The control over the work of contractors has been strengthened.
As reported, as of April 2021, the Tekta Group is simultaneously conducting four large-scale residential development projects. The list of works on one project can be tens of thousands of lines. The projects involve 8,500 specialists and workers. For the effective operation of the company, it is necessary to quickly plan work at the facilities, draw up design documents and coordinate estimates, calculate the need for materials, monitor the consumption of materials and funds for specific project tasks, monitor the quality and timing of construction work.
Previously, the company used information systems of different vendors for operational accounting. Spreadsheets and paper documents were used to manage production. The directory of construction work was formed and updated manually. Collecting data for the formation of management reports from various sources took a long time. It was difficult to calculate the need for construction sites in materials, plan purchases, control the targeted use of materials and funds.
The management of the enterprise decided to implement an information system that would allow combining the work of all departments involved in the projects, accelerate the receipt of data from construction sites necessary for planning and monitoring work, and optimize the management of material purchases for construction needs. It was necessary to ensure the prompt receipt of management information with the ability to decrypt each indicator to the original document, posting, report, formula. In addition, it was necessary to optimize the formation of the budget of the wage fund, accelerate the calculation of salaries for employees, and strengthen control over the validity of payments.
The system "1C: Enterprise 8. ERP Construction Organization Management. " The implementation partner was Coderline.
For 1 year and 3 months, the system was deployed in 150 workplaces. The system has transferred data accumulated in old programs, integrated with 1C: Accounting, with the 1C: Salary and Personnel Management solution, with the CRM system and the company's corporate portal based on 1C-Bitrix.
Key project outcomes:
- Automated production control. Unified directory of construction works. The system generates a list of works for each object - indicating their volumes, deadlines, cost. As construction proceeds, the scope of work is clarified, work appears, prices change, while all changes are quickly reflected in the system. To simplify the work of employees, the ability to group delete work and download work lists from spreadsheets is implemented. In addition, the system helps to select contractors for work. As a result, it became easier to plan and coordinate work, the formation of production calendars and schedules accelerated.
- Improved purchasing and movement management. The system helps calculate the demand of sites for materials, evaluate whether there are necessary balances in warehouses, select the most favorable delivery conditions, and form orders for suppliers. When materials are transferred to production, their quantity and cost, data of the responsible employee, the construction object, the specific work for which these materials are intended are recorded. At any time, you can find out which warehouse the material is currently in: the company's general warehouse, the site warehouse, or the production warehouse. After each work is performed, the system records the actual use of materials and charges them. All this helps the company to continuously supply the sites with materials, control the targeted use of materials and funds for specific project tasks - from the formation of a demand at a certain site for a certain section of the estimate to the receipt of material and its subsequent use.
- Contractors are given access to the system via a web interface. Using the data of the construction work directory, they issue certificates of work performed in 1C: ERP Construction Organization Management. The generated acts are promptly submitted for approval. This helps the Tekta Group monitor the performance of work and mutual settlements with contractors.
- Integration of 1C: ERP ODR with the CRM system helps the company control real estate sales: from CRM to 1C: ERP Construction Organization Management, information about executed transactions is transferred, from 1C to CRM - information about the receipt of payments from buyers.
- Integration with the system "1C: Salary and personnel management" and with the corporate portal of the company helped optimize the work of HR-service. It has become easier for human resources specialists to manage the organizational structure of the company, keep the employee directory up to date, and obtain detailed data on staff costs for mobile communications. Automated budget formation of the wage fund. Like the project budget, the POT budget is formed several years in advance. Personnel costs are planned taking into account production plans, work pricing, various compensation, incentive and social benefits. Like the construction handbook, the FOT budget is constantly being adjusted. Based on the POT budget, according to the algorithms established in the system, the salary of employees is calculated. To control the validity and correctness of calculations, part of the data from the budget is stored in accrual and deduction documents. As a result, the accuracy of planning labor costs has increased, wages are calculated faster, control over settlements with personnel, the validity of accruals and deductions has been strengthened.
- Management now quickly receives the management reporting needed to monitor and analyze activities. Any digit in the report can now be quickly decrypted to the source and details of the operation.
The system "1C: ERP Construction Organization Management" combined the work of the units of the group, optimized the exchange of data between them. Planning has been streamlined and monitoring of all performance indicators has been strengthened. One of the most significant results of the project is the optimization of the availability and reliability of information for decision making. Management reporting is generated faster, each digit can now be decrypted up to the original document. This helps to more quickly and accurately plan project funding, monitor the targeted use of funds. noted Klyuev Albert, chief financial officer of Tekta Group |
