Previously, the company used information systems of different vendors for operational accounting. Spreadsheets and paper documents were used to manage production. The directory of construction work was formed and updated manually. Collecting data for the formation of management reports from various sources took a long time. The management of the enterprise decided to implement an information system that would allow combining the work of all departments involved in the projects, accelerate the receipt of data from construction sites necessary for planning and monitoring work, and optimize the management of material purchases for construction needs. At any time, you can find out which warehouse the material is currently in: the company's general warehouse, the site warehouse, or the production warehouse. After each work is performed, the system records the actual use of materials and charges them.
