2021: Plans to equip 13 educational institutions of Astra Linux OS

Astra Linux GC signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Education of the Almetyevsky municipal district of Tatarstan. 13 educational institutions of Almetyevsk will receive support from the vendor: 9 secondary schools, including with in-depth study of a number of subjects, an engineering school, as well as 2 gymnasiums and 2 lyceums. Computer science classes will be equipped with OCAstra Linux, teachers will be provided with educational and methodological materials, and schoolchildren will begin to study the domestic operating system. Participation in the Astra School program is relevant for schools and institutions of additional education that are ready to introduce educational and methodological materials and practice-oriented courses on the study of Astra Linux operating systems into the educational process. Training in the use of the OS can be implemented both as part of the main educational program and as courses for additional education of schoolchildren, for example, "Fundamentals of the Astra Linux operating system," "Operating system security," etc.
