3. Implementation of the warehouse management system SEVCO WMS. The technology offered by SEVCO specialists is the result of studying the work of large warehouses and distribution centers in Europe, our own practical experience. SEVKO specialists train future key users of the warehouse management system during the implementation process, and key users train all other warehouse personnel in the future.

Training usually consists of two parts:

• Explanation of the WMS functionality - which commands control certain process operations in the warehouse.
• Consideration of the structure of the organization of work - the subordination scheme, the composition of the work shift, the rules for its formation, personnel management and much more.

How the learning process goes:

SEVKO operates its own high-intensity warehouse - with a total area of ​ ​ 10,000 m2, a ceiling height of more than 7 m., Has 16 loading and unloading stations equipped with pre-levelers and dockshelters; serves a company that is one of the largest food distributors in Russia; equipped with front and gravity rack structures of EUR and FIN standard, capacity of more than 8000 pallet spaces; a modern warehouse management system "SEVCO WMS" has been introduced, address accounting and bar coding technologies, data collection terminals are used; works on paperless technology and introduced a unique analysis system.

The Customer's representatives have been working at the existing high-intensity warehouse of SEVKO for some time, the terms of work are specified individually for each project. During this time, they perform and master, as ordinary workers, all technological operations - acceptance, placement in the storage area, selection, core replenishment, equipment, inspection, shipment. They work together with the warehouse manager and the audit team. And as a result, they have a complete understanding of all processes and principles of organizing work. As a result of this approach to training personnel to work in the system, the maximum efficiency of this stage of system WMS implementation is achieved.

4. Warehouse design. SEVCO provides its customers with a full range of services for designing and equipping warehouses.
