Restructuring Plan

In 2022, the international staffing group ANCOR will conduct an internal restructuring. The divisions, which were previously formed according to the industrial and territorial principle, will be reorganized around the main products of the group of companies in three areas - recruitment, outsourcing business processes and staffing. The company announced this on December 6, 2021. The product approach is designed to increase the focus on customer needs and shorten the time to respond to customer requests if they change.

Recruitment includes services such as:

  • Professional search and selection of managers and specialists.
  • Recruitment of software developers and Data Science.
  • Mass selection.
  • Outsourcing the recruitment process.

Business process outsourcing includes:

  • IT outsourcing.
  • Merchandising outsourcing.
  • Outsourcing. trade marketing
  • Production and warehouse outsourcing.
  • Administrative outsourcing.
  • Outsourcing other non-core functions.

Staffing, includes:

  • Provision of qualified contractors for projects, including in accordance with the FZ-116 "On industrial safety of hazardous production facilities."
