2021: Training employees to work with internal systems
The large-scale training of employees of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in working with internal systems was completed. Remote advanced training passed 6,690 students from 85 regions of Russia. The project was completed by the Lanit Network Academy training center (part of the Lanit group of companies), which was announced on May 20, 2021.
The main subject of the training was the full use of the Fund's internal information subsystems, which provide automation of its various activities and effective management of social insurance funds. Among them is a subsystem for providing social services to citizens of preferential categories, as well as subsystems for managing insurance premiums and occupational risk insurance. Staff members of the Fund who work directly with information systems or are required by their responsibilities to obtain information about them have been trained.
Within the framework of the project "Network Academy Lanit" seven electronic courses were developed. Educational materials for each program contain a set of electronic textbooks with video fragments and interactive objects; a bank of issues for interim control; tests for preliminary and final knowledge control; practical tasks; training simulators that allow you to learn without using real software; electronic questionnaires to assess the quality of training conducted.
The test results were accumulated in a single report to control the quality and effectiveness of the training. Technical and information support and a hotline were organized for the participants.
A large team took part in the work on the project: teachers, methodologists, testologists, designers, developers, project managers, support specialists and other employees of the Lanit Network Academy training center.
"Information technology can significantly improve the quality and speed of process management. But, according to statistics, the vast majority of users do not know how to work with software installed in the organization. Developers create convenient functional products, but two-thirds of investments do not pay off. We see our task in helping companies increase the efficiency of implementations, staff engagement, and the return on investment, "said Olga Timashpolskaya, director of development of the Network Academy Lanit training center. |
