Education

Alexey Zastrozhny is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, where he was educated at the Faculty of General and Applied Physics.

Career

2006-2024

His professional career in the IT field began in 2006 as a project manager. At Naumen, Zastrozhny has gone from project manager to executive director, who has led since 2013. He also served on the board of directors and led the department of IT process automation systems.

In addition to working at Naumen, the new CEO of Okdesk held senior positions in companies such as Yandex, MTS and Sberbank. This experience allowed him to gain deep knowledge in the field of managing large technological projects.

2025: Appointment as CEO of Okdesk

The Russian technology company Okdesk, specializing in the development of automation systems for technical support and service processes, appointed Alexei Zastrozhny, who has experience in the largest Russian IT companies, as CEO. The appointment took place as part of organizational changes aimed at strengthening the company's position and development in the medium and large business segment. The decision to appoint the building was announced in June 2025.

The new leader will focus on solving the strategic and operational tasks of the company. Zastorzhny has extensive management experience in the technological field and held key positions in leading Russian corporations.

The founder of the company and director of business development Kirill Fedulov noted the importance of the challenges facing Okdesk. He stressed the need to use new technologies, implement complex technological partnerships and further develop the product offering for the market of medium and large companies.

Okdesk develops solutions to automate the processes of technical support, service and field service. The company is included in the Unified Register of Russian Software, which confirms the compliance of its products with the requirements for domestic software.[1]
