As part of the AXELOT TMS X4 implementation project, which was implemented by AXELOT specialists, a number of tasks were solved to automate the company's transportation management. In particular, the process of drawing up vehicle routes based on applications for the transportation of goods coming from the ERP system is automated. Now the company can plan flights taking into account biosafety rules and requirements for additional operations - routes are drawn up to bypass prohibited zones. Since objects (pig complexes) can be divided into sites (reproducer, root, quarantine, etc.), for the convenience of planning, monitoring execution, processing of incidents, a mechanism for layering zones on a map in hierarchical order and deriving their names in all areas of the system has been developed. As a result, the object on the map is searched in an intuitive interface.
A flexible mechanism for accounting for sanitary procedures (biocontrol) at facilities is configured. The necessity of passing the biocontrol is set and controlled at the level of parametric settings of the system. This procedure is necessary in the case of visits to biohazard areas when transporting animals or when changing the cluster when transporting feed. TMS You are set up to notify and inform the user about the work being carried out and the date of its completion. Based on the information received data logistician , he clearly understands which transport should be excluded from planning due to its inaccessibility.
As part of the project, the problem of accumulating machines in the disinfectant barrier area was solved - the system does not allow intersections of specialized transport at disinfection sites and takes into account how many vehicles can simultaneously be located in the barrier area.
In addition to the planning tasks, the monitoring of the execution of the traffic schedule of vehicles is automated, as well as the monitoring and notification mechanisms of the dispatcher about deviations from the route, about exceeding the speed limit, about unexpected delays at the route point, etc. Flight execution in the system is recorded based on data from the Omnicomm telemetry system.
The Travel Sheet accounting functionality, which allows for a timely detailed analysis of mileage, provides data on flights with a corporate ERP system, which at times reduced the burden on dispatchers, who can now completely rebuild to control the movement of transport. The system uses an online incident collection mechanism to quickly respond to and handle different situations. The mechanism allows you to respond to all events that occur with the vehicle (for example, deviations from the planned indicators of the route), quickly contact the driver to clarify the causes, then reflect the received information in the system and process the incident. After that, you can obtain detailed reports from the TMS system on both the work done by dispatchers and the load on objects (for example, a pig complex).
Taking into account all the above, it can be concluded that the introduction of AXELOT TMS X4 in AgroEco Group of Companies made it possible to realize all the key needs in the management of the enterprise's transportation in the agro-industrial segment of the full cycle, and also provided a number of advantages, such as:
- reducing the time and minimizing the influence of the human factor in the formation of routes by the logist;
- the possibility of planning flights taking into account the whole range of measures and restrictions faced by the agro-industrial complex;
- complete control of transport movement with detail at the level of incidents occurring both during and outside the flight;
- obtaining full reporting on both the work done by users and actual volumes of cargo transportation, employment of transport, load on facilities.
