Task

Automated data transfer between Microsoft Dynamics and 1C family systems is popular in many companies that use both accounting systems to support different business processes. In 2020, Kari became one of the participants in the tax monitoring project, which allows replacing systematic field inspections with online interaction with tax inspectors. The Microsoft Dynamics AX-based account system used since its inception required significant improvements to participate in the tax monitoring project. Therefore, the management decided to use the decision of the Russian development "1C: Management of the Holding," completely suitable for solving the customer's tasks and initially ready for tax monitoring. But for the transition to 1C: Management of the Holding, an experienced contractor was needed with a ready-made solution and expertise in integrating information systems.

For several years, Neti has been providing services and consulting services to the Kari trading network in the field of information systems support.

The integration module, developed by Neti specialists, fully meets the requirements for data transfer between MS DAX and 1C: Holding Management systems. After reviewing existing business processes on the customer side, Neti specialists described the requirements and launched the implementation process. The project employed 4 Neti specialists who compared and configured objects for integration between MS DAX and 1C: Holding Management information systems.

To ensure synchronous operation of the systems, Neti specialists set up a schedule for data transfer, guaranteed the preservation of data integrity, copied directories from MS DAX to 1C: Management of the Holding, and also transferred data through various business processes.

Thus, with the support of Kari IT specialists and employees of financial departments, all categories of data were checked, as well as the 1C: Holding Management functionality using the transferred data was tested.

Results

Through integration, all processes related to purchases, wholesale and retail sales, online store operations and returns, and warehouse movements have been transferred to 1C.

Since January 1, 2021, the integration module has been operating normally, which allows Kari to participate in the tax monitoring project.
