2021: Launch of the service for the work of supervisory authorities and business
In early June 2021, the Open Control State Information System (GIS) was launched in Moscow, designed for the work of supervisory authorities and businesses. The platform will help entrepreneurs learn about and prepare for inspections.
At the time of the start of the work of the GIS, it includes data from 18 control and supervisory bodies of the city. Only Load Simulator and Mandatory Requirements are available in the services section. Over time, the section will be supplemented. In the section "Normative Acts" you can find 286 legal documents of various departments.
The platform provides information on possible inspections and requirements for conducting a specific type of business, regulated by legal acts.
The service will tell you what steps you need to take to match them. In particular, entrepreneurs will be able to issue a personal check list to prepare for verification, find the necessary regulatory documents, find out about changes in the legislation and ask a question to a specialist in a chat in their personal account.
All entrepreneurs from Moscow can use the system. To access your personal account, you need a confirmed legal entity or IP account on the website of the Moscow government or on public services. If it's not there, you need to sign up for any of these sites.
When authorizing in the Open Control system, you do not have to re-specify information about the organization: all information is automatically available for work and synchronized with the data of an existing account.
The new information system will help in the development of the business environment. Its functionality takes into account the wishes of entrepreneurs themselves. Preliminary testing took place with the participation of the business community - representatives of different industry areas, "said Natalya Sergunina, deputy mayor of Moscow.[1] |
