Family and education
Natalya Sergunina was born in Moscow on August 22, 1978. Since the childhood she dreamed to become a lawyer, it is probable because the father is a professional lawyer, as well as many relatives among whom there were judges, prosecutors and lawyers. After the termination of capital high school with a silver medal Sergunina arrived on law department of Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2000 graduated from faculty of law with the diploma with honors that allowed to find a job in legal department of the Ministry of property of Russia.
Sergunina Natalya Alekseevna's career
The career of the government employee developed successfully: in ten years "grew" from the consultant to the deputy manager of Federal Agency for State Property Management.
Deputy Mayor of Moscow
In 2010 offered it work in the Government of Moscow at the deputy mayor's position. In the Moscow government of a pit also it developed successfully. She supervised department of property, then became the vice-mayor concerning the property and land relations, and since 2013, held a position of two predecessors at once: as the deputy mayor headed economic and property and land complexes of the megalopolis.
Preferential programs of Sergunina
Natalya Sergunina implemented several large-scale projects. Since 2012 the program of preferential lease of capital property under the general name "One Ruble for One Square Meter" successfully works. Participants of the program including three directions - education, health care and cultural monuments – restore objects or adapt for social tasks at own expense. For the period of repair and restoration businessmen pay lease at average market cost, and only after "delivery" of an object the cost of lease is symbolical ruble for square meter a year.
According to this program tens of medical offices, kindergartens and schools were open. Besides, private investors restored more than twenty ancient buildings. And also, "The house with caryatids" unique and well-loved by Muscovites was completely recovered.
VDNH
Intervention of the authorities was required also by VDNH. The exhibition which was once pride of the Soviet Union was in decline, many pavilions collapsed from 90th years. The mayor Sergey Sobyanin at the end of 2013 charged to Natalya Sergunina to revive an exhibition. With VDNH exported garbage tons, prohibited spontaneous trade. The exhibition endured the Renaissance: in the territory there were flower beds, sports and playgrounds, historical pavilions were restored. Among new objects of an exhibition there are a children's technopark, the centers of the innovation creativity, a modern educational cluster Technograd and many other things.
Summing up the results
At Natalya Sergunina the system of city biddings was reformed: Moscow heads several last years the Russian rating of transparency of purchases, and the annual efficiency of "a purchasing cycle" exceeds 160 billion rubles - it is money which manages to be saved.
Awards
Natalya Alekseevna Sergunina is awarded with several ranks and awards, including a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the second degree and the Order of Friendship "For a big contribution to preparation and holding the FIFA World Cup of FIFA 2018".
