2021: Agreement on the creation of telecom infrastructure of the Saratov technopark

The Government of the Saratov Region, the Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation and ER-Telecom Holding JSC will combine efforts to introduce digital technologies in the region and develop a technology park. The parties agreed on the joint implementation of projects aimed at digitalizing the infrastructures Saratov region and improving the safety of the urban environment.

The agreement provides for the construction of an information and telecommunications infrastructure on the territory of the technology park created in Saratov, which contributes to innovation in the field of information technology.

"Technopark will become a key element of the industrial infrastructure of the region, will contribute to the development and development of the production of competitive products, the expansion of technological cooperation. The creation of a technology park based on our Saratov enterprises is one of the most important areas of cooperation with the regional government. Technopark will be located in Saratov on the territory of the Almaz special economic zone, created by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 763 of May 27, 2020. The SEZ includes several Roselectroniki enterprises - the Almaz NPP, the Contact NPP and TsNIIIA. The investor of the project is ER Telecom Holding.

Residents of the technology park will be offered a number of benefits - in taxes on income, property, land and transport, as well as a reduction in customs payments. In addition, it is planned to create a single digital regional industrial platform on the basis of the technology park.
