2021: Development of a domestic AWS solution

As part of the pilot project, two AWS were introduced at the MFC - Gorynych and EOS Baikal. The first solution was created as part of the technological partnership of BaseALT, ICST and IVC. The peculiarity of "Gorynych" AWS lies in the possibility of simultaneous and independent operation of up to six users. The second decision appeared as a result of cooperation between EOS and Baikal Electronics. The use of jobs of both decisions will help government agencies make the transition to fully domestic end-to-end solutions, will make it possible to optimally spend budget funds on the purchase of equipment and will accelerate the implementation of national projects.

Complex solutions are built on the basis of exclusively domestic developments - Elbrus 801-PC and EOS Baikal computers, which are controlled by the Alt Workstation operating system. Both complexes are equipped with a specialized product to automate the activities of the EOS public service development centers. Working with documents at AIS MFC DELO is carried out using the File Editing module, which was created as part of the technological partnership between New Cloud Technologies and EOS. To work with an electronic signature, the Crypto-ABM cryptoproder of the Crypto-Pro development and the KARMA cryptographic support system of the EOS company are used. The scanning function is implemented by the basic functionality of AIS MFC DELO.

When creating a special automated information system "MFC DELO," we paid attention not only to its functional part, but also provided in advance for the possibility of working on Russian hardware platforms. Russia faces complex challenges that are associated with rising geopolitical risks and prospects for sanctions pressure. State structures should work and provide services to the population, regardless of external factors. Thanks to the initiative of the EOS company, which was able to adapt its software in a short time to work on our operating systems, the operation of both types of AWS in the MFC of the city of Orel began.
