Since joining the company in 2011, E. Volkov has been a member of teams carrying out projects in the state and industrial sectors - first as a technical expert and head of a group of technical experts, then as head of the department and director of the department of computing systems.

He is known to the market as an expert on virtualization technologies, hyper-converged infrastructures, and systems for integrated data preservation. E. Volkov is a regular participant and speaker at events dedicated to the digitalization of defense industry enterprises.

As a technical director, Egor Volkov focused on the development of the existing stack of domestic products in the company. And one of the primary tasks here is to expand the company's product portfolio in the realities of the market, as well as to form the principles of partnership with Russian manufacturers.

Another important area of ​ ​ his work was the expansion of the set of services for supporting infrastructure solutions based on equipment and software of foreign vendors who left the Russian Federation.
