As part of the national program "Digital Economy of Russia," the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia and the consortium for the development of digital literacy launched an educational resource готовкцифре.рф. This portal is an aggregator of services for testing the level of digital literacy, training in safe and effective work with digital technologies. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Affairs on July 27, 2021.

The creation of the resource was attended by 18 companies that in March 2021 merged consortium for the development of digital literacy and competencies into digital:, economies,, University 2035,, NAFI,, RUSSIAN RAILWAY, ROTSIT Sber HSE Megaphone Rostelecom University,,, Ministry of Construction ER-Telecom Holding Electronic Action-ICEF Education of the Republic, Certification Association, Bashkortostan It Hub, ANO KSA, Training Center Specialist, School and. Companies CAVIAR TT Severgroup have proposed their own projects that will help users increase the level of digital literacy.

The service provides users with structured information in various formats - lectures, self-assessment of competencies, educational and informational materials. The relevance of the materials was confirmed by the companies participating in the consortium and representatives of expert groups of the federal project "Personnel for the digital economy."

The готовкцифре.рф service will allow residents of the country to assess their level of digital literacy, learn about the possibilities of the online environment and form the necessary IT skills in everyday life. Regardless of the level of competence, it will be useful for all visitors to study materials about digital etiquette and digital hygiene, which play an important role in communications, "commented Tatyana Trubnikova, director of the Department for Coordination of Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia.

The resource for July 2021 has already collected more than 200 materials on topics such as information and data management, digital communications, data security and protection, digital content creation, solving problems in the digital environment, self-development in conditions of uncertainty, creative and critical thinking.

Companies will jointly develop the project and fill it with educational solutions together with partners.
