2021: Availability as part of the service of independent assessment of the competencies of the digital economy

On December 7, 2021, the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia on December 7, 2021 announced the launch of a publicly available service for the independent assessment of the competencies of the digital economy (NOC CE), created as part of the federal project "Personnel for the digital economy" of the national program "Digital Economy."

On December 26, 2019, it became known that University 2035 and Russian companies launched an educational resource цифроваяграмотность.рф so that residents of Russia could learn free of charge about the safe and effective use of digital technologies and services.

According to the company, Megafon, Rostelecom, Russian Railways, Er-Telecom, Sibur IT, Rostec Academy, HSE, Rocit and Russian Post, an analytical center of NAFI will be engaged in the development of IT solutions, the provision of online content, as well as the examination of its quality. The operator of the project is the University 2035.

This service will allow residents of the country to learn the skills necessary in everyday life, learn about modern opportunities and threats to the digital environment, learn to observe digital hygiene and protect personal data. The developed platform provides users with structured information in the format of micro-training and guarantees expertise in digital literacy issues by development companies.

At the first assembly of the service, which was made on the Rocitus platform, the project contains educational videos and articles to develop basic digital skills of both beginners and advanced digital consumers. Since 2020, members of the consortium will fill it with online lessons, tests and support services such as development trajectories, tests for self-esteem literacy, etc.

Rostelecom provided the online service with video courses on the most important digital competencies in the company's opinion: big data, cybersecurity, programming skills.
