2021: Investing 232.5 million rubles in the production of nitrile gloves in the Oryol region

At the end of July 2021, it became known that the Alfaplastic Med company will launch the production of disposable medical gloves from nitrile in the Oryol region. The production will use domestic raw materials without the use of chlorine. The project became possible, including thanks to the provision by the Industrial Development Fund (FRF) of a loan under the flagship program "Development Projects" in the amount of 116 million rubles.

According to the company, there is practically no domestic production of nitrile gloves in Russia, almost 90% of the needs of the domestic market are met by foreign supplies, mainly from Malaysia and China. The total investment of Alfaplastic Med in the project is estimated at 232.5 million rubles.

It is assumed that new production in the Oryol region will reduce the share of imports by 6%. During the project, 45 jobs will be created, of which five are high-performance.

In total, the expert council of the Industrial Development Fund (Group ВЭБ.РФ) approved seven loans for the implementation of projects in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Sverdlovsk and Oryol regions, as well as in the republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Krasnoyarsk Territory. The amount of loans from the FRP will exceed 1.88 billion rubles, and the total budget for the implementation of projects will be 4.5 billion rubles.

Nitrile gloves are able to protect your hands from the penetration of bacteria, viruses and from aggressive media. They are used both for medical purposes and in the field of services, including in beauty salons, hairdressers, tattoo studios and catering enterprises.

According to the newspaper Kommersant"" with reference to the portal's data, Kartoteka.ru Alfaplastic Med LLC was registered in Mtsensk (Oryol Region) in March 2021 for the production of medical instruments and equipment. Authorized capital - 10 thousand rubles. The general director and sole founder is Dmitry Bersenev.[1]
