According to Kommersant, the governor of the Oryol region, Andrei Klychkov, took part in the ceremony. The project was implemented with the support of the regional and federal funds for the development of industry, which provided a preferential loan in the amount of ₽50 million.
The production volume of Alfaplastic reached ₽493 million in the first nine months of 2024. The company has created more than 200 workplaces. The new workshop will allow not only to increase production capacity, but also to optimize logistics costs within the enterprise.

2021: Investment of 232.5 million rubles in the production of nitrile gloves in the Oryol region
At the end of July 2021, it became known that the company "Alfaplastic Med" will launch the production of disposable medical gloves from nitrile in the Oryol region. In the manufacture, domestic raw materials will be used without the use of chlorine. The project became possible, among other things, thanks to the provision of a loan by the Industrial Development Fund (FRP) within the framework of the flagship program "Development Projects" in the amount of 116 million rubles.
According to the company, the domestic production of nitrile gloves in Russia is practically absent, almost 90% of the needs of the domestic market are met due to foreign supplies, mainly from Malaysia and China. The total investment of Alfaplastic Med in the project is estimated at 232.5 million rubles.
It is assumed that new production in the Oryol region will reduce the share of imports by 6%. During the implementation of the project, 45 jobs will be created, of which five are high-performance.
In total, the expert council of the Industrial Development Fund (ВЭБ.РФ Group) approved seven loans for the implementation of projects in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Sverdlovsk and Oryol regions, as well as in the republics of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and Krasnoyarsk Territory. The amount of loans from the FRP will exceed 1.88 billion rubles, and the total budget for the implementation of projects will be 4.5 billion rubles.
Nitrile gloves are able to protect the hands from the penetration of bacteria, viruses and from the effects of aggressive media. They are used both for medical purposes and in the service sector, including in beauty salons, hairdressers, tattoo studios and catering enterprises.
According to the Kommersant newspaper, citing data from the Kartoteka.ru portal, Alfaplastic Med LLC was registered in Mtsensk (Oryol Region) in March 2021 for the production of medical instruments and equipment. Authorized capital - 10 thousand rubles. The general director and sole founder is Dmitry Bersenev.[2]
