"The partnership with the government of the Tyumen region will provide residents with high-quality mobile communication and high-speed mobile Internet services, as well as modern telecom solutions in various areas. We develop voice services and high-speed Internet in large cities, and in remote small settlements, at production sites. Our technical development strategy allows us to provide services wherever customers need to solve personal and business problems. I am sure that joint work with the regional government will increase the availability of telecom services for business and the population, accelerate the digitalization of the urban environment and production processes, "said Dmitry Lopatukhin, deputy general director for operations and development of Tele2 regions.
