Biography

Born in the village of Andronova, Sverdlovsk Region, October 16, 1978.

In 2000 she graduated from Tyumen State University with a degree in Information Systems in Business (qualified as an engineer), in 2013 - Tyumen State University with a degree in Jurisprudence (qualified as a lawyer).

She began her career in 2000 as an assistant at the Department of Higher Mathematics of the Moscow Energy Institute (Technical University) of the Volga Branch.

Since June 2004 - chief specialist, acting head of the department, head of the information systems sector of information management department of strategic development of the Tyumen region.

In December 2008, she was appointed head of the informatization department of the Department of Strategic Development of the Tyumen Region.

In June 2010, she became deputy director of the informatization department of the Tyumen region.

In November 2017, Maria Rudzevich was appointed director of the informatization department of the Tyumen region.

As director of the department, Rudzevich was replaced by Alexander Albychev, who in August took the post of deputy head of the Federal Treasury. He moved to this position after the deputy head of the treasury, Sergei Guralnikov, was arrested in May 2017 on suspicion of fraud.

2021: Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region

On October 22, 2021, it became known that Maria Rudzevich was appointed to the post of deputy governor of the Tyumen region, director of the informatization department of the Tyumen region, the corresponding order was signed by the head of the region.

In this position, Maria Rudzevich coordinates projects in the field of digital transformation, the further development and improvement of regional information systems and services.

Until the end of June 2021, the department was supervised by deputy governor Vladimir Sysoev, who in the summer went to work in the regional parliament[1].

2022: Dismissal from the post of deputy governor, director of the informatization department of the Tyumen region

There is no news that such a center was eventually launched. However, at the end of December 2021, the Tyumen region approved a program for the digital transformation of the economy for 2022-2024 years. For digitalization activities from the regional and federal budgets, 1.732 billion rubles are provided.

Maria Rudzevich, who worked in government for almost 20 years, resigned from her post amid functional changes in the government of the Tyumen region: in February, Alexander Moor redistributed powers among his deputies. And in parallel with Rudzevich, Victor Kuznetsov, manager of the regional government, also left his post.
